[Resolved]  Everest Industries — Fraudulently using name of Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd.

I, Mr. V.K Khanna, MD - M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd. would like to complaint about a company M/s Everest Industries which is being advertised on Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. is using our name which claims that it was previously M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd.

I would like to report that M/s Lallco India (Pvt) Ltd. is still a separate entity on its own and no names have been changed ever, nor it is a subsidiary company, parent company or have been merged with M/s Everest Industries.

We have no link with that company, thus we would like you to get that listing removed or edited from your portal or we will be forced to take a strict and a legal action against both M/s Indiamart Intermesh Ltd. and M/s Everest Industries for using our company name in the fraudulent manner.

I hope a proper action will be taken by your company against M/s Everest Industries as our company's as well as your reputation is at stake because of fake company profiling on your B2B portal.
