Green City BuildTech Pvt Ltd — REFUND OF MONEY RS.4,22,530/ With interest

I invested Rs.4,22,530/-(Rs 2,25,000/-vide SBI ch.no 292241 dt 10/11/2006& Rs1,97530/-vide ch no 292949 dt21/03/2007) to purchase 200 Yard plot inM/S NRI Green City Project Bhiwadi. The company defrauded their customers. No plot has been allotted and no refund of payment is made. I also lodged an complaint to Deputy Commissioner of Police Economic offence Wing Crime Branch Qutab InstitutionalArea Katwaria Sarai New Delhi against Sh. Jitender Chaudhary the than Managing Director and his wife Mrs. Choudhary Director of the firm but still no result seems to coming out. I am having all receipt of payment made by me and all documents . kindly register my complaint and help me in getting my payment refunded Rs 4,22530/-with interest @ 18 %. Please advise me further formalities in this regard.
