I invested Rs.4,22,530/-(Rs 2,25,000/-vide SBI ch.no 292241 dt 10/11/2006& Rs1,97530/-vide ch no 292949 dt21/03/2007) to purchase 200 Yard plot inM/S NRI Green City Project Bhiwadi. The company defrauded their customers. No plot has been allotted and no refund of payment is made. Non alloted of Plot nor refund booking Amt

I Sunita sharma W/o Pramod Kumar Sharma has booked a 200 sq yds plot in Bhiwadi. But after passing of 4yrs nor alloted any plot neither the refunded the booking money Rs 200000/- was paid through Cheque No 599821 dated[protected] by Vijaya Bank Delhi cantt.
You are requested to please help me for refunding my money....

Non refund of Money for 2 plots with a total sum of Rs. 4.5 Lakhs
Myself Deep Singh Bhau, I have booked 2 plots in Bhiwadi which were launched by Greencity Buildtech Pvt ltd around 3 year back. Total sum of Rs. 4, 50, 000 was deposited as booking amount with their commitment that allotment will be done in 1 year. I have formally logged complainst with company for refund twice but there is no success till date.
