I am Jugal Kishore Bharati .I had booked one flat with GREEN CITY BUILDTECH PVT. LTD. in their SOLITAIRE GREEN DHARUHERA PROJECT and entered into agreement with them for a purchase of 3 BHK flat no. E -31, 3rd floor, having floor area approx. 1500 sq.ft. and made the payment as below: 1. Corporation Bank, Cheque No. 354924, dated[protected], amounting to Rs. 2, 50, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakh fifty thousand Only) vide their Receipt No. 2883/Garg Associates, dated[protected]. 2. Corporation Bank, Cheque No. 354923, dated[protected], amounting to Rs. 2, 15, 000/- (Rupees Two Lakh fifteen Thousand Only) vide their Receipt No. 3795/Garg Associates, dated[protected]. 2. Bank of India, Cheque No. . 315244, dated[protected], amounting to Rs. 1, 68, 750 (one lakh sixty eight thousand seven hundred and fifty) vide their Receipt No. 6273/ Garg Associates, dated[protected]. Thus totaling to Rs. 6, 33, 750/-(Six lakh thirty three thousand seven hundred fifty). They had issued the allotment letter dated 10th September 2007 and assured in all the telephonic conversation since then that they will delivered the flat by 2010. After appearing the news clip in Times of India on 19th June 2009 on Third Page about the absconding of the builder I was worried and wanted to verify. I went to their cooperate office at A-3, Sector-59, Noida (UP) but to my utter surprise nobody was available but one notice on the gate that their corporate office has been sifted at 829, Ansal's Laxmi Deep, Laxmi Nagar Distt. Center, Vikas Marg, Delhi. Which also I got varified but they are not available even in Laxmi Nagar Distt. Center. I therefore sincerely request you to help me in getting back my hard earn money, which MR. JINTENDER CHOUDHARY has cheated from me. Let us all join our hands together in getting our money back. In case anybody has heared any information regarding the above mentioned case then kindly update me and what steps and measures can be taken in order to get our money back. Sir,I Amit Kumar S/. Shri Puran Singh has booked a 200 sq yds plot in Bhiwadi. But after passing of 4yrs nor alloted any plot neither the refunded the full payment Rs 500000/- was paid through Cheque.
You are requested to please help me for refunding my money or plot
i am agree with this, i am also a victim of green city...
I have invested Rs. 2.25 Lacs in 2006 vide cheque no. 124821 dt.[protected] drawn in BOB Patparganj Branch in favour of Greencity Buildtech Pvt. Ltd for their NRI Bhiwadi Projects.
Further to above they have send letter to us for demanding more money.
But I have not given any further payments to Greencity.
Now I have read in news papers that Mr. Jitendra Chaudhry MD of this co. has run away with the money of Investor like us. We have gone to their office but their office do not exist now in noida as well as in Delhi.
Please advise us what action we can take against such fraud builder. These builders have neither office nor any contact no.
