ACE cable internet Complaints & Reviews

Hi I'm Shantanu. My current ISP is Ace Cable Internet. Plan 10 Mbps 100 gb. Post Fup 1 Mbps @ Rs.1500/- per month. from the past few weeks I've been getting inconsistent internet connection. It's getting disconnected every 1 - 2 seconds and is getting really really annoying. I've complained to him about this still there is no change. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this guys pathetic excuse for a broadband connection...

Horrible experience i have ever faced.Took connection in name of Spectracular net (Ace cable internet).Paid Rs.750 for activation and Rs.1350 for unlimited 2Mbps(no bill was provided) but never reached that speed. The technician is busy al the time and least bother to resolve the issue.Half the time it was limited connectivity.From the last 10days there is no net connection but its showing in my billing cycle....
