The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

worst service & wifi speed

I took wifi service of act broadband. The engineer came to my home installed the wifi, that time speed was slow, below 10 mbps. I was taken 100mbps, he said tomorrow he will come and fix the issue. I waited for a whole month he never came or nor picked up my call. Meanwhile, i did several complaints through act app, alwasy my ticket gets disclosed without any solution.

My act number:[protected][protected]), last saturday[protected] onwards no internet in my home, i raised a complaint to act support sr[protected]
. They said with 24hours it will ready. But today is[protected] till now not yet resolved. So many time i have called every time they are telling it will be ready with in 24 hours. I spoke to higher officer mr. Vignesh he also told me same thing but nothing happened till now.in...
