this company sucks to the core its sad that company like msi giving their service for company like thses.thy took 2 week to replace my 2years old msi r7850 twin forzer II oc. after that thy send me wrong which was higher generation.so thy call me to return tht card for tht thy sent a guy to pick on same day wen thy called.so wen u apply for replacement either thy send the guy to pickup after week or u ha to do it by urself.so wen i sent the...

Aforeserve Fraud for HP laptop warrant exceptions

One fine day I received a call from an call executive from Aforeserve about extending warranty of HP laptop. They seemed to have all the details of my laptop and so I believed them.
I made a payment of 7,500/- to them on 02/07/2010 through HDFC chequ No "76869" and chequ got credited to Aforeserve account on 7th July 2010.Its been a month now but I have not yet received the warranty certificate.

Non rund of amount paid against extension of laptop warrenty
I have made payment to Aforeserve Ltd. inorder to extend my compaq laptop warrenty. I have received their confirmation mail stating that they received the an amount of 5000 INR and said that my warrenty will be extended in 2 weeks time.
But, after 1 month, there was no responce from them and i called them. Then also they said that, there is socme technical problems going and will be extended in another 2 weeks. i waited for another...
