Dear sir i have applied for under graduate course for agricultural university. My application no. Is 211699. By mistake i have done a double payment for this application form. I have also inform hpu about this. Also i have tried to contact them many times but i did not get a response.
Its nearly over 3 months but they are not refunding my double fees.
Please help me regarding this issue as i am already feeling very harrased...
