I was charged, Rs.1500/- for a new broadband connection on 14th April. Till date new the connection was not given. The installation person came and said they cannot give connection in this location.

After that I am chasing Airtel to process the refund.

    airtel broadband disconnection not processed poor service

    I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel broadband connection for a long time, but no proper support is being provided. I contacted customer care and also tried through the app, but the issue is still not resolved.

    Two bills for family plan

    Hi
    We ported to Airtel recently our two numbers [protected] and [protected] while in Pune.
    We were suggested a family plan which will suit us and informed that we will get only one bill of about Rs 800 and serve our purpose of getting OTP s on both the numbers while abroad.
