I have been facing the subject issue since July 5 onwards. We are using Airtel 999 monthly rental plan that has got VIP Services, not sure what it means. I had signed up for 5999 plan. On landing tried to sign in to their their airtel thanks app to check if the plan got activated. Suddenly one sign up page pops up. I agree, and lo! I was signed up for another plan for 2499 without second confirmation and my knowledge. (Post paid connection)

I follow up with the customer service and they say that they cannot do anything. I feel cheated that end up paying so much for nothing thanks...

On 18 October I have recharged with 99rs for data plan but due to airtels mismanagement I was unable to use it when I complained about it they haven't provided a solution and instead upgrade my no to postpaid and every time I complained just told me to wait and never give solution my money is wasted and I want strong action against them they Made my recharge invalid upgraded my no to postpaid without my consent and made me recharge again...
