can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue...

I, Mr shaikh Gulam gause having airtel prepaid connection no 9890304115, while I am trg to call for any enquiry or greiviences to the customer care no the reply comes some time that no does not exists, some time caLL recieved but when i am choosing option 9 for talk to customer care executive...

I activated airtel live on saturday but without downloading anything i was deducted 15 INR.And also iam unable to talk to coustomer care executive....

I am using Airtel prepaid card. On March 11 2008 9:00 PM I received three continuous SMS from Airtel Number 543214.I just opened first SMS immediately 30 Rs deducted from my account .
