I have registered for online booking for bharat gas agency. But unfortunately, i have forgot my login ID and password to enter to my account. Today, while using the forgot password option, it says new password is sent to my email address. but i have not yet received any email from bharat gas till now. And i am not sure on which email address i have provided while registering. hence it would be better to state the registered...

Since last 3 days I am trying to contact Akshay Gas Agency (Bharat Petrolium) to book the request for Gas cylinder on their phone numbers. but all their 3 lines keep ringing , no one picking up the phones. I fed up dialing their numbers and it happens every time , every month when i try to book my Gas cylinder request with them. It is not feasible to go there each time as their office is far away from my home location and i have to spend...

Not getting the delivery of LPG CYLINDER on time

MY CONSUMER NO IS 8831. I HAVE BOOKED MY CYLINDER ON 5/9/2010 BUT TILL TODAY (20/9/2010) I HAVE NOT YET GOT THE DELIVERY. AND WHEN ASKED THE AGENCY FOR REASON OF DELAY THEY GIVE RUDE ANSWERS. WHILE THEY DELIVER CYLINDERS IN BLACK.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER N HELP ME TO SOLVE IT.
