Hi,

I have registered for online booking for bharat gas agency. But unfortunately, i have forgot my login ID and password to enter to my account. Today, while using the forgot password option, it says new password is sent to my email address. but i have not yet received any email from bharat gas till now. And i am not sure on which email address i have provided while registering. hence it would be better to state the registered email address under forgot password option. Also please help me to enter to my account to book an order.

I always used to book the LPG gas through phone and these people used to say they will devliver it 3-4 days .After you call on 4th day they will say tomorrow and in this was they will make you wait 8 days. Even on 8th day you need to call them and their delivery boy 5 times to get the cylinder. This time due to diwali as proactive measure I booked the cylinder with 10 days margin and 11 days have passed they are still not ready to give the cylinder. Atleast they didnt lied this time that your booking is not done else they have this method of saying you have not booked or booked it 2 days before.I dont know how to deal these people with busy schedule of mine.
We have registered customers even then we are not given the cylinders on time.There should be someone reviewing how these people are running the gas agency
