High school land should have forest, it's government land

They have illegally used park land to make buildings, they should be more parks. Where they have the High School coming up that is government land next to the river. It should have a park not high school. The land is also geologically dangerous for a school. It is all mud, no rock underneath....

Space reserved for parks have been sold. No maintenance and charging heavy maintenance charges. Changed master plan that they have shown to buyers, just to make money. Zero maintenance of Colony

I am a resident of this colony owning a house and two flats in this colony. I am being charged for very high maintenance charges say Rs 30 per square metre per year for my house and Rs 800 pm per flat which is very high as compare to the facalities they are providing. Worst colony to stay

Being a resident of this colony I never got y rights from promoters there are unrepaired roads very high maintenance few unmaintained parks. Promoters opened an old age home on non saleable land ie part of 45% of the total area. The charges are for an old age home 1 lakh security and Rs.16000 per couple!!! How an old person who is is retired and not accepted by his family members can afford such an amount???. It is less like an old age home...

State Bank of India at Residential Areas

How can a residential house can be converted into commercial. SBI is coming up in Amravati Enclave in a residential house despite of availability of SCO in the colony. If this turns up to be true than who will invest in commercial property at Amravati Enclave and all will open commercial shops in there residential houses making it a mess....

Promoters are Cheaters now its official

We residents of Amravati Enclave are continuosly saying that promoters are cheating colony residents by not fulfilling promises that they have commited to there residents earlier. Now slowly n slowly all facts are coming out they dont have the permission to access the NH 22, they initially had but the licence was expired and dispite of several reminders they didnot renewed it as a result NHAI has cut the only access to Amravati Enclave forcing...

Turning Green into Concrete desert

Promoters Amravati Enclave is cheating residents. They are finishing the greenbelts into plots that are enlisted in there initial map of the colony. There plan is initially they are not converting greenbelts into parks, they have let those lands as barren for the time being letting wild bushes grow and as the time passes they start developing that land into saleable land. I dont know how government authorities are letting this to happen....

Promoters Cheated Residents of Panchkula Appartments

I have bought a flat at Rose block at Panchkula Appartments in Amravati Enclave. These people (Kulbhushan Goel, Veer Bhan) shown me the differnt picture. They told me that if you buy a property in this colony you would get a free club membership, there is a park just beside your flat, 24 hour power backup, 2 lifts but the situation is very different now.
