[Resolved] Amravati Enclave Panchkula — Worst colony to stay | |
Being a resident of this colony I never got y rights from promoters there are unrepaired roads very high maintenance few unmaintained parks. Promoters opened an old age home on non saleable land ie part of 45% of the total area. The charges are for an old age home 1 lakh security and Rs.16000 per couple!!! How an old person who is is retired and not accepted by his family members can afford such an amount???. It is less like an old age home "Deviwati Aashiana" this is what it is called and more like a hotel. Was this information helpful? | |

After going through the complaints, I fully agree with the residents who are facing the brunt of these developers who makes false promises, totally uncencerned about the quality of life of the residents and then back out and most of the time behave in an inhuman way.They are interested only in making money in whatever way it comes. I would like to suggest all those who are sufferers that they shoul sue these developers in the court & ask for immediate refund of the total amount which they have spent on the purchase of land and construction along with interest.This is the only way to deal with such people.Others will also learn lesson from it.My best wishe are always withg those who have spent their entire earnings on the construction of their homes.
