[Resolved] Amravati Enclave Panchkula — Turning Green into Concrete desert | |
Promoters Amravati Enclave is cheating residents. They are finishing the greenbelts into plots that are enlisted in there initial map of the colony. There plan is initially they are not converting greenbelts into parks, they have let those lands as barren for the time being letting wild bushes grow and as the time passes they start developing that land into saleable land. I dont know how government authorities are letting this to happen. I am sure something is fishy. Now they are selling plots at about Rs 18000 Persq yard for which they are taking only Rs7000 In white rest in grey. They are also cheating the govt by depositing less amount in there treasuery. Let me explain this according to HUDA laws if someone is developing a colony he has to deposit 30% of the salable land to Town Planning dept as a security which will be refunded only when he gives the possession of that colony to HUDA after maintaining it for 5 yrs.Now they are selling plots at 18000 PSY but they are showing only 7000 PSY to govt. So they are depositing less security. Colony roads are broken and are very narrow.Any reliable person reading this article plz do sommething, kindly look into this matter. THE CONDITION IN AMRAVATI ENCLAVE IS WORSE THAN EXPLAINED ABOVE.THE ROADS ARE BROKEN AND OPEN DRAINAGES ARE THERE.THERE ARE HARDLY ANY TREES INFACT THERE ARE NO ATTEMPTS TO IMPROVE THE AREA AS PROMISED .WE ARE ANORMAL CITIZENS WHO WERE PROISED A LOT AND WERE CHARGED AMOUNT ACCORDING TO THE PROMISES BUT WE FEEL CHEATED, WE FEEL HARASSED AS WE HAVE PUT OUR SWEAT AND BLOOD IN BUYIND OUR HOUSE AND IN RETURN WE DON'T GET ANYTHING .APART FROM NOT STANDING ON THERE PROMISES, THE AREA HAS BECOME DEGRADED, IIL ORGANISED PLACE WITH DIRTY ROADS, DIRTY AND PATHETIC ORGANISATION, PATHETIC SYSTEM OF THE HOUSES.SOMEBODY PLZ HELP...THERE IS NO PROPER SEAWAGE, NO PROPER GARBAGE FACILITY, NO PROPER PARKS, NO KIDS ZONE I MEAN NOTHING IS DONE AS PROMISED.

people are suffering from multiple problems .the kids are not safe in the surrounding .there are no proper garbage disposals and seawage facility.that's y there can be an outbreak of malaria.there are no proper shops in the so called enclave.the area is very very under developed and no proper walking area, the is no proper entrance, hardly any street lights, no security systems, negligible check system and its all fake that promoters say..the promoters have cheated us .oh my god we know how we bought our house with so much of hard earned money and we have been cheated, we have been looted and we feel unhappy plz it's a very humble request from the concerned authorities to look into the matter seriously.
