Hi,
I had booked of a gas cylinder which was delivered today dated 20.10.2014, Bill No. [protected].
The total bill amount on the slip was Rs. 441 after the delivery guy replaced the cylinder he demanded like a road side goon amount of Rs. 460 to which I questioned that why should I pay you more than the bill amount to which he replied he wanted money for tea.
Anyhow since I dint want to argue and out of my own generosity I...

I am trying to book an Indane Gas Refil Cylinder for the past two days and the numbers of Anupama Gas Agencies are always coming as either busy or no response.
Wonder if any of the Indian Oil Inspectors are at all monitoring these agencies ??
Is there any other way .. The IVR option too is not going through as the automated voice says sorry, due to the technical problem, we cannot book the request.
