Sadguru Krupa Bharat gas agency involved in Delayed Delivery and Fraudulent Activity

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sadguru Krupa Bharat gas agency regarding the recurring delay in delivery and a serious case of fraud involving my booking ID.
Despite booking my refill on [16th March 2026] (Booking Ref No: 66139, I have not received the cylinder even after 30 days. Upon following up with the agency, I received no satisfactory response.

Under wt LPG cylr

I booked LPG refill cylinder from Sairam gas agency on 4 March. 2026 OTP was received on 6th March 2026 But the cylinder was delivered only on 8th March 2026.On enquiry with the dealer on 6th March as to why cylinder was not delivered, he replied that OTP is valid for two days.
Our usual gas usage is, 60 days per cylinder but this cylinder gas got exhausted in just 15 days. The delivery men give the cylinders to hotel, collect them...

      Cylinder not delivered even after receiving delivery message

      Am BPCL consumer with consumer id 40941.
      On every delivery of cylinder, I used to get message saying cylinder got delivered, but actually it not delivered by delivery person.
      I usually get call from him saying he would deliver within couple of days, but he doesn't keep his word, I need to call him multiple time and argue with him.

      This repeats on every cylinder booking.

        Petrol Pump - BPCL Rajdhani Servie Station
        Address - NH-24, East Vinod Nagar, Delhi - 110092

        ISSUE - I got 30L diesel filled through this pump in my XUV700 car (HR98K6466) on 30.08.24 (rainy season) at 1442 hours. Immediately after the refilling was done, car stopped and started giving a warning of 'Fuel in Water'. After which I spoke with the owner of the pump and he suggested that the rain water might have seeped in into the underground fuel tank,

        Post this, I had to get my car repaired wherein whole fuel tank was cleaned up and several parts got damaged and were replaced like diesel filter, sensors etc. This costed me 7782 rs. However, the owner has refused to reimburse the repair and the fuel bill.

          I am ( Con no.[protected] writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred today. The gas delivery boy behaved rudely toward my wife, Manira. Additionally, he did not offer the option for online payment and refused to wait for even a short time. As a result, he took the cylinder back without delivering it.

          This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I request that appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Suddenly the pregent lady asked the washroom we stop the bharth petroleum bunk at surya petroleum g23h+hvx, 60 feet road, lawyer pet extension, ongole, andhra pradesh. I am asked one worker use for toilet he was told to me there is washroom u can use sir, but when lady is entre into the washroom, there is no water, i am asked another worker sir please to start the motor for not come there water, he was fight to me about to start the water motor, i am and my sister pergent lady watining for 01 hour but still he was not started the motor, i am so badly feel that time i am comapaling to the dealer mrs konda syam sundari his phone no [protected] about worker, but not respoding, another person shyam kumar sah his phone no [protected] he is also not respond the my call for pergent lady in the wash room wait for 2 hours . The worker was talk about valugar about use for toiles all of there customers are wached to my family

                Hi, The same amount has been deducted multiple times .i.e i got my diesel refilled from Bharat Petroleum located on Shanti Path Road Delhi on 6th Apr'23 amount Rs 2330.12, the exact same amount got deducted again on 24th Apr'23 . another transaction of Rs 2688.6 was done in 14th Jun'23, this amount got deducted 4 times again on 3rd Jul'23, 11th Jul'23 & 20th Jul'23

                  Every time I raise a request for cylinder refill, I get the notification that the cylinder is delivered. But I never get the cylinder without making 4-5 follow-ups and complaints with BPCL. I have raised the complaint every time with BPCL, will be evident from the records. Only after raising the complaint I get the cylinder.

                  My distributors name is "Manav Enterprises, No 114, Shantha Residency, Bengaluru" - Pathetic service. I called his mobile number and office number multiple times and every time he promised that gas will be delivered by today evening or first thing in the morning tomorrow. But I am still waiting. The most recent case, I booked on 20th May, delivery message received on 21st May. But actual delivery still not made. I am still waiting for the gas.

                    History:
                    I had BharatGas subscription and I submitted my request to close the account on March-2020, submitted all the accessories and got my deposit money back along with a document (I can't find this document after 4 years). And I left the country after that.

                    Incident:
                    I started recieving messages regarding the refill booking and being delivered. I got suspicious so I recollected my credentials and logged into myBharatGas account. First thing which I found that my account is still active, second I saw history of 5 bookings from my account which I didn't make.

                    Complaint:
                    I want to register complain against the distributor that he is a fraud, he never closed my account and misusing it (distributor details are below) and I want to register complain against BPCL that I am not able to get in touch with their customer support, not able to register my complain on their portal as portal is failing to accept the OTP.

                      I with my husband visited at BPCL petrol pump (Shree Radharani) situated at budge budge M G Road, Kolkata 700137 to refill the petrol on 13.04.2024 at 6.44 PM approx in the evening. Arter refilling we went for making online payment. At the desk there were 3 QR code for payment. They have not said that on which we have to make payment. We made the payment on the QR code which was kept on the desk. After making payment machine speaker also confirmed for receiving the payment. And after that we were ready to move from there. Suddenly they stopped us and shouted on us badly "Hey Stop where are you going? on which QR code you made the payment why did you not the payment on the QR code stuck on the wall of the desk?" and again started to misbehave with us just like we are thief and we are making a crime there. Again they said What is your name? We replied and also asked that why they have kept three QR code there? They started arguing with us in front of another customer. We were leaving but still they were commenting behind us. BPCL can also chek thier CCTV footage for the incident.

                      I have the following queries from BPCL:

                      1. I want to ask you if we should have not made payment on that QR code then why that QR code was kept there?

                      2. Also they have right to ask and confirm the payment but the way that ask was very bad and not tolerable.

                      I am very much upset with the behaviour of BPCL staff with the customers.
