I have availed broadband HUNGAMA PACK connection in bsnl. my landline number is [protected]. I have not subscribed for the games on download but a sum of Rs.410 has been unnecessarily included in my bills. I never expected this from an government organization. Without my consent through phone the subsciption has been done. Your people simply spoke to us about the kindly decativate the plan immediately. i expect that the next month bill should...

Please ask hungama to stop this kind o[censored]npleasant activities. They activated their services to my land line number[protected] without my knowledge. Once their executive called me and explained me about the plan, after that they asked me if i want to activate it. My immediate answer was big 'no' still they activated it and i got the bill amount of rs.410.

They are cheating everywhere that i could see same...

We have subcribed by mistake to your enterment service-provided by bsnl.hungama .com. we have never availed this service nor we have been issues any user id / password. we tried to contact relative officials to deactivatin of hungama service. but of no avail . we also tried to contact on bsnl toofree number.[protected] for decativation of the samr but no body pcked the phone .kindly deactivate your hungama services immidiately to our land...
