On my last service I notice a huge noise in ENGINE of my bike. So, I ask them to rectify the problem. As I ask them they found some of internal ENGINE parts was damaged. They ask me 1 day time to replace them. They had replaced Bore,piston,Crank shaft. Because of those all new spares...

I have purchased a cbz xtreme before Seven months but after second service my bike was completely disturbed with noice from engine, i had given my bike to authorised hero honda service center VAIKOM MOTORS AT VAIKOM. They promised me for replacing the clutchwheel cam shaft on the very next service but no use. Still my bike is with same problem . I request the authorised person at Hero Honda India to do needful towards me as your customer....

I have given my bike CBZ Extreme for sevicing at one of your showrooms- SOHAM MOTORS.
I had requested them even to solve the problem of the strering and front break acccording to the maintanance job card provided by them..Then too they have not serviced it properly, even top wash was not done giving vague execuses.And when we demanded for the maintainance to be done they arrongantly argued with us..Such services and bad...

CASH-10804 ) , and informed me that i would be getting my bike not earlier than 4 months after booked date. On which i agreed. As I m buying the bike from CSD Canteen ( Army ) so have to go through a long procedure of documents. I by 4 months cleared all the document of CSD...

I had give my CBZ extreme for service to MS & S motors. Palarivattom,Ernakuam. The complaint is the front disc gets stucks frequently. They corrected the fron disc, changed oil. All together the give me a bill of Rs. 1000. After 2 days front disc is not functioning and I contacted the MS & S motors again. They told me that Caliper Plug is damaged and will charge Rs. 600 for repairing. I told them thats not fair and took the bike back...

After second service the engine was producing some noise and the whole visor & visor screen was full of scratches .When i told them about the scratches they ensured me to change visor screen but not visor . On 23/01/2009 at 1:30 P.M I went to AUTO NEED SERVICE CENTER, GURGAON to get my bike checked...

Poor services
Dear Sir,
My bike was services couple of days ago in "ARC MOTORS" at Okhla Phase 2 Delhi
They didn't do the service neatly even poor water servcing, and normal servicing. They Do service of my Bike in 15 Minutes in front of me.(In any condition Anybody can't do the servicesof 150 CC Bike in 15 minute.)
Now after two days of this poor service of my bike, my bike is having Horn switch...
