I buy a report on date 5-7-2016 the amount of rs-550 debit in my account but i m not get any mail login detail after that when i call they say pay the payment and buy online or your report is ready login an check but in login option they say "the specified username does not exist"

And then i drop complete to payment gateway they provide me detail
