CIBIL.com — personal, bank account, aadhaar, pan no details wrongly updated | |||
Hi, I have raised several disputes with cibil related to change in my personal information, but my information is not changed. Since last 12 months. I am following the disputes but cibil is not changing it and sending me a mail to contact the respective bank for the update and when contacting the bank, the bank says we have updated right information. Now how to update right information god knows. Cibil have updated all my personal information wrongly. Since i have a twin brother, my brother's dob, address, and other information are identical. After checking my information on cibil.com site i found out that my aadhar, my email id, my phone number, my address and my loan information are all related to my twin brother's account. Due to this, my cibil score went down to less than 700 and these lead to my bajaj finserv credit card blocked. I have purchased cibil report online, but cibil.com didn't provide me the report via mail. This cost me around 550/- my bajaj finserv card got permanently blocked which caused me around 450/-. I have raised several disputes as per the cibil procedure, but all in vain. No changes made yet.
