Really a worst builder ever seen. He is fully money minded and only work to get the payments from banks. Once received they will put the work on hold and will start on their own time.
Poor quality, poor management and they are really not fit for doing construction.
No clear specification in the agreement and will never reveal the actual specification and will agree for everything you say and will give all the false commitment....

Timely delivery of 6 month's for cash customer's and 8 months delivery(maximum time) for loan customer's.

But Jun 24, 2015 one customer compliant about your company.

It means in your point now a days all the booked customer at the time (june) of last year
should have hand over correct !

City zone promoter (Surrealistic Shelters) is one of the worst builder in chennai. This guy is only money minded and don't care about customers. Initial stage to grab customers, they will say construction will be done soon. But these money minded fellow taking the loan from bank and doing the house work for 2 years. Also, quality of the work is very very bad and not experienced engineer....
