City zone promoter (Surrealistic Shelters) is one of the worst builder in chennai. This guy is only money minded and don't care about customers. Initial stage to grab customers, they will say construction will be done soon. But these money minded fellow taking the loan from bank and doing the house work for 2 years. This is Mohan from Operations CZP.We dont have a customer by the name of Rajkumar also Surrealistic Shelters is a new project completing one year by this month end.Dont know how you say that you are waitlisted for 2 years.
Materials are of good quality we use.We have bills for the same and also our engineer is a well experienced person.
Kindly give your name and contact info in the same page, we will resolve your issue at the earliest.

This guy will not use the materials as stated in agreement and he will put extra cost for work comes under agreement itself. Worst experience from him. Don't ever buy a house here as like i did the mistake.

Really a worst builder ever seen. He is fully money minded and only work to get the payments from banks. Once received they will put the work on hold and start on their own time.
Poor quality, poor management and they are really not fit for doing construction.
No clear specification in the agreement and will never reveal the actual specification and will agree for everything you say. Once construction starts they will exclude all the necessary amenities and will ask extra cost for those.
The construction quality and design is too poor and I dont see any value for our money.
These kind of cheating fellows should be punished. He is simply playing with our money, we are taking a lifelong loan and sacrificing all our needs and trying to build own house.
But he is playing with it and giving us worthless products and if we ask questions then he will put our project on hold endless and plays with our financial situation. As we middle class peoples cant afford both rent and EMI for long time and will try to close it ASAP. So he is taking advantages of it.
He is saying within 6 months they will deliver. But its almost 2.5 years and he have delivered only 1 house till now and that too after lot of sacrifice My frd have got it. He have booked for 22L and till date he have spent 29L and still he is saying there is balance amount to be paid.
So please be aware of these kind of and dont do the same mistakes what we pupils did. Please consult with existing customers and reviews and make a right decision.
