Really a worst builder ever seen. He is fully money minded and only work to get the payments from banks. Once received they will put the work on hold and will start on their own time.
Poor quality, poor management and they are really not fit for doing construction.
No clear specification in the agreement and will never reveal the actual specification and will agree for everything you say and will give all the false commitment. Once construction starts they will exclude all the necessary amenities and will ask extra cost for those. For example, “the design shows the kitchen tiles 7 feet and also constructed house also have 7 feet tiles, But he will say the tiles will come for 3 feet, if you want 7 feet then you need to pay more”. These kind of forgery they will do.
They will never respect you and will care your words. What ever you say they will do on their way itself. Finally they will force us to accept all their mistakes by delaying the process.
If you try to contact, no will response to your concern and will continue with the same mistakes again and again.Even if we go to the site directly and ask them, they will put the blames on each others and will give silly reasons. Like “ you have told me before, you have said to the engineer”, why you said to engineer, you should have contacted me. I am out of station so dont know what happen.
The construction quality and design is too poor and the most funny thing is nobody knows the actual specification properly and everyone will give their own specification every time.
These kind of cheating fellows should be punished. He is simply playing with our money, we are taking a lifelong loan and sacrificing all our needs and trying to build own house.
But he is playing with it and giving us worthless products and if we ask questions then he will put our project on hold endless and plays with our financial situation. As we middle class peoples cant afford both rent and EMI for long time and will try to close it ASAP. So he is taking advantages of it.
I have never seen a site where 15 houses are there and all the 15 are not satisfied with the builder
He is saying within 6 months they will deliver. But its almost 2.5 years and he have delivered only 1 house till now and that too after lot of sacrifice My frd have got it. He have booked for 22L and till date he have spent 29L and still he is saying there is balance amount to be paid.
So please be aware of these kind of cheating fellows and dont do the same mistakes as we pupils did. Please consult with existing customers and reviews and make a right decision.
Their pricing will be like a competitor for casagrande, akshaya, jainhousing but the quality will be like a labour trying to learn construction with our house.
This post also they will say as competitor. But I really doubt whom they are thinking as competitor. There is no such worst builders near by to compare or to compete. With single construction site and that too with worst quality not sure who is considering him as competitor.
He is trying to promote himself by giving himself a 5 rating and putting positive comments by their own office members and comparing himself with others.
Please be aware of this cheaters and if possible give me some legal advice on how can I handle him and get out of it.

All the incidents posted by the anonymous people are all fake.We didn't face any kind of issue as mentioned by the anonymous people.We are residing in the CZP project for the past 4 month's.After sales service is one of the excellent thing I have to say at this moment.They attend immediately in case of any issues.
From my experience, CZP is one of a very good builder constructing budgeted villas and they deliver villa's within promised timelines.
Anonymous people, For your attention, you are using our number without our permission.If you dont remove this . We will be forced to raise a complaint along with our builder."
