My name is savita kumar .i lived in delhi. i purchased a product from street9.com is fake company my amount is deducted but i did not get any reciept .When i tried to its customer care but they told me they did not get any payment i tell him my all information but still i did not get any product.Please beware of this new ecommerce site guys.

Laundries have an nice way of absolving themselves, of damages to clothes. I gave brand new saree, simply for steam pressing, and the Laundry, Ever Ready Laundry at Breach Candy, Mumbai, gave it back, all packed, with large black blotches on it. When i showed it to the owner, Ashwin, he says he wasn't aware of the fault, and even wondered whether it was his fault at all!! How can a disclaimer in their receipt absolve them of damages...

Defective Clothes

I have purchased clothes of Rs.2178/- from Om Nett Wears, Kolhapur Road, Kamla Nagar, Delhi (Tel No.[protected] out of which some clothes of Rs.500/- (approx) are of bad quality / defected.
When I contgact the Mr Gaurav (owner of said shop) and shown the defected clothes, he straight forward refuse to change the clothes / refund the amount on 25trh June 2011 and after discussing I left the shop after handeed over the defected...

MISSING OF SHIRT
RESPECTED SIR,
I RECEIVED SOME CLOTHES THROUGH PROFESSIONAL COURIERS ON 23/12/08. ITS C.NO.IS 42870674. AFTER CHECKING I CAME TO KNOW ONE SHIRT IS MISSING. WHILE SENDING IT WAS 2Kg, AND IT WAS 1.7Kg WHEN I RECEIVED. I GAVE THE COMPLAINT TO YOUR BANGALORE OFFICE. BUT THEY DIDN'T RESPONSE PROPERLY.
NOW I'M IN PUNE. PARCEL WAS SENT FROM BANGALORE. I GAVE THE COMPLINT TO MANAGER ALSO. HE'S ALSO NOT RESPONDING...
