hi, myself mahesh patil frm baroda gujarat, i own a fastfood shop in baroda MY FOODLAND "GF/18 VISHWAMOHINI COMPLEX GORWA SUBHANPURA ROAD ELLORAPARK BARODA, i hve started my shop since last 7 monts despite of ptoviding my photo n id proof to coke sales executive for further process till date he has not arranged cooler for me nor coke products always says giv me few days n sort of things, few days bck one restaurant has opened just above...

Overcharging from MRP (Retail Product)

I was charged Rs 371 (incl taxes , 20% vat & 4.944% service tax) for 3 * 300 ml coke cans whose MRP is 20 Rs/- each from AROMAS-Powai (Ideal Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. Ventura KOT No. K0423231) . It was a takeaway order. I don't find any reason to pay more than 5 times value of the product.

Hello Sir, Madam,
I am from Bangalore, now a days we are seeing lot of shops near my house are asking more than the MRP price, Yesterday i want to by a 600 ML sprite the MRP is 25 but the shop keeper is asking 26 i asked is it by mistake you said 26, He said no we sell one RS more than MRP
Same thing happen in Banargata national park also, and also in Railway station in chennai and Bangalore,
can some one help...

not receiving my coke fridge
sir,
my name is ashish nautiyal, lived in srinagar garhwal uttarakhand.i have depoited rs. 5600 for coka cola fridge by demand draft no.913259 in favour of H.C.C.B.P.L. HARDWAR ON dated 06/02/2009.but sorry to say i havent receive any fridge or any information from the distributor yet. season is allready gone . so plz. suggest me what is the fault from my side?
