15 days over - not resolve chroma ac problem

I had purchased a Chroma 1 ton AC on 26 Apr 2014.(Invoice no- SLF02A[protected] with 2 years manufactured and 2 years of extended warranty. The service request SR[protected] was raised on 15th Nov 2015 and got closed without any resolution on 23 Nov. It was raised in wrong category they said, when i called service center.( 7 days wasted ) On 24 Nov new Service Request MUM231115FS00048 was raised and its still in pending state. one...

No response from customer care officials

I have registered a complain with croma customer care (complain no. SR[protected]) on 23rd September 2015. My washing machine is not working at all and I am stuck with no response from your end. I was assured the panel will be replaced with 2 weeks but there is communication or feedback from your end. The answer I get from the customer care person is that since your product is under extended warranty, it will take time. I think this is unethical...
