Recently we forgot our shoes at cult.fit Center, they’ve 4 cctv cameras.
My 3 shoes in locker 9, 67, and 68 was kept in KHARGHAR cult.fit Center.
Center manager Anirban mentioned that Cult is not responsible for our stolen items.
They cannot even provide foottage of cctv.
It’s highly unethical the way my support tickets have got closed without any resolution....

Purchased fitso by cult.fit masterkey membership for 12 months on Nov 13, 22 & on Dec 8, 22 they suddenly revoked gym access without any notice and now are telling that gym access is no longer available (only 2 sessions/month) can be availed & are asking to buy cult.fit membership for gym access to ne restored.

Cult.fit customer care (Miss Divya) also confirmed she would be escalating this matter & same was communicated on...

I have raised a ticket regarding changing/cancelling a membership due to some unavoidable personal circumstances. The customer care of cult fit has not even cared about responding for it yet. They are not even caring to give a call and resolve it and no timely responses also. Very bad customer care....

I purchased a product named "Clutsport Liquid L-Carntine" on 13 August on Clut.fit mobile app at INR 1399.
while purchasing the amount was showing INR 1199 but I was charged 1399
when I complained to the support team I was told that it was a technical glitch due to which it was showing 1199 but the price was 1399.
So I paid and ordered the product but after waiting for 20 days I didn't get the delivery of the product,...

I had taken 3 months membership in cult.fit and location is Gurgaon. i had paid total amount also.
present Haryana Government guidelines gyms operate 6am to 5 pm only.
daily my check-in timings is after 6pm, because of office timings.
present i am not able to attend gym due to timings restrictions. already on 28th December 2021 on words i am not attending gym because of timings.
I asked to cult customer care team...
