I had taken 3 months membership in cult.fit and location is Gurgaon. i had paid total amount also.
present Haryana Government guidelines gyms operate 6am to 5 pm only.
daily my check-in timings is after 6pm, because of office timings.
present i am not able to attend gym due to timings restrictions. already on 28th December 2021 on words i am not attending gym because of timings.
I asked to cult customer care team pause or extend my membership due to this restrictions. but, he is not accepting and you will attend morning time like this he replied. i told not possible to attend morning time only i have one option that is evening time after 6pm daily .
but cult costumer support team also not providing other options(my convenient ) and not extended my member ship .
finally i am loosing my membership day by day but cult support team not taking care about my membership.
please provide extension or Refund of my member ship up to normal days.
I have attached my membership bill receipt for proof
