Purchased fitso by cult.fit masterkey membership for 12 months on Nov 13, 22 & on Dec 8, 22 they suddenly revoked gym access without any notice and now are telling that gym access is no longer available (only 2 sessions/month) can be availed & are asking to buy cult.fit membership for gym access to ne restored.
Cult.fit customer care (Miss Divya) also confirmed she would be escalating this matter & same was communicated on Twitter DM also but no action has been taken. Was this information helpful? |
