They are really cheater. I ordered for cumsum special thali. They give me in that black chapati. And not provide items they show in their menu . Third class taste please think before order any food in cumsum. They also not repond properly your complaint. Even food supply in railway catering( suppose to worst ) is better. Absolutely waste of money....

But food was not supplied by them. I have no any option for taking food from other side or pantry. I sleep without food. I they can't supply why they booked order. Dear Sir,
I ordered Maharaja thali on dated 27.06.2014 (Train No. 22182, Coach No S7, 15) by cumsum agent in train which price is 190 Rs., but Cumsum agra Cant supplied thali 165 Rs. after that i had pay 190 Rs.
When i ask why are you charged 190Rs. instead of 165 Rs., then he told me actual your order is by mistek interchanged. so, i promis to you we manage in the next order.
So that, again next time i ordered on dated 10.07.2014,...
