However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Im very disappointed with this service. They don't provide call option. We can't delete our won complaint, we completely have to rely on them to do evrything. Im requesting them to delete one particular complaint but they are not responding. What kind of customers support it is? They self are irresponsible and they are going to solve others issue, so pathetic...

I registered a complaint on customer complaints before few days. Now that issue has been solved so i wanted to delete that complaint but unfortunately i entered wrong email while registering complaint that's y i can not log in and can not delete my complaint so regarding to this i did some email to customers complaints support but from them i couldn't get any response. This company is registered in Rimi, Lativa.
The owners of this site are wanted by Cyber Crime Cell.
Once you make a complaint...they start blackmailing the company for money to delete the post.
There terms and Conditions specify they will delete the Post if asked by the complainant but they when asked, they shall refuse to do so.
Please be beware of this company....
