Sub:-wrong challan issued to me by the cyberabad traffic police

I prateek kumar r/o hyderabad city having the issue with the cyberabad traffic police, i got a wrong e challan on my vehicle bearing reg no:ts12ej3278 instead of issuing to reg no:ts11ej3278 i got the e challan when the photo evidence is clear, how come such a big blunder by cyberabad traffic cops
