Till now i have not been paid any money by the DCM firm. The FD/ receipt no is 75615. Kindly do the needful and return my amount asap.

We two fixed deposits FDR Nos:70552 and 70553 each for Rs14000l-. Out of Rs28000/-, we received Rs.8000/-. Principal Rs.20, 000/- is still due. we have forwarded KYC along with cancelled cheques to deposit the amount more than an year ago. we are yet get the dues. Kindly help us.

Our fds matured in 1998. Recently, h'ble high court of delhi has appointed one man committee to look into the disbursement of principal amount. As desired by company, kyc and other related papers sent 10 months ago. Thereafter several reminders sent. Company not responding. Once, abut six months ago, i got reply that the papers are under scrutiny by the committee. It would take 4 months time. Now it is more than 6 months, neither they refunded...

The interest as well as redemption amount 10 debenture each of rs. 1000 has not been received by my father mr. Hirendra nath coomar age 90 years though same was submitted on 18/03/98 under folio no. 300940 debenture no. 0023982. Same received by your delhi office on 26/04/98. Also kyc, cancelled cheque, copy of submission proof of original certificates of debentures submitted to your delhi office via speed post on 10/07/2018. But till date...

Even after delhi high court order for payment followed by public notice by the company managing director mr. Surendra kumar to the investors in oct 2017, we have submitted all relevant documents asked by the company for releasing payment. Till date after so many reminders, the company is not honouring high court's order.
We don't know what should be the next step?

I got no reply from the company and now i am 75 years old and all the papers lost in the course. Now through a public issue against a court order, i found that depositors to submit documents. I seek help to retrieve the deposit numbers etc.

My FD receipt no 51508 for Rs 10000 was surrendered with the company on the DOM 20/09/2000. The last letter I received from them was on 29/10/2001 informing that a comprehensive plan has been filed with the Honorable Delhi High Court and the court sanction is awaited for repayment.It has been 15 years waiting for the refund. The status of the court order is also not known.Can you please help....

Non-payment of maturity proceeds of Fixed Deposit
Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had deposited Rs.20,000/- for Fixed Deposit in 1997 vide FDR No.65908 dated 31.01.1997 and 65862 dated 06.02.1997 bearing face value of Rs.10000/- each.
I have not received even a single paise from them till date.
I have sent several reminders to them but there is no response.
