Delhi Airport Parking Services Complaints & Reviews

I entered Delhi airport Terminal 3 at 7:17 am today (December 4, 2016) to drop my parents. At the time of entering, I had read a board saying that users can pay parking charges before getting to the exit gate and can exit within 15 minutes. I understood this as a grace provided by the airport, i.e. in case I am back in say 25 minutes, I can pay charges for 30 minutes (Rs.80) without worrying to exceed my 30 minute limit in exiting...

I left my luggage at delhi airport, in the DAPS company. I was attended by a member of the stuff and they offered a flexible possibility pf days as i was not sure when o would be able to collect my luggage. The lady said that if i exceed dates or take it before the time i was planning, would not be a problem. So under my good faith i contracted 13 days.
