I left my luggage at delhi airport, in the DAPS company. I was attended by a member of the stuff and they offered a flexible possibility pf days as i was not sure when o would be able to collect my luggage. The lady said that if i exceed dates or take it before the time i was planning, would not be a problem. So under my good faith i contracted 13 days. When i went to office to pick my luggagw up, the amount of days was 11, and the answer was no refunds allowed. They never mentioned that before and even if its written anywhere it does not specify. They were not responsible of the stuff's mistake, Moreover the man in charge of the office said it was my responsibility to know what they did not inform, as if i was a worker of the company or i should be a guesser of future. I paid for a service i am not using, and its hugely unfaie for costumers and not expected from a company that works on an airport. Was this information helpful? |
