I had booked dhl cargo packers and movers delhi on 29/03/15 for delivering my house hold stuff from bahadurghar haryana to bhatinda panjab. The packers did not make the delivery even on full payment as per the contract. Neither did they deliver the complete stuff that was picked from my house nor did they unload the goods.
The customer service desk responded very rudely upon my reporting of the issue.
The packers did not fulfil the promises they had made at the beginning of the deal.
I am looking forward for a strict action against them for mentally harassing me and hoarding of my stuff in their warehouse instead of delivering it to my destination.
