Amount Debited But Transaction Failed

Sir,
I have done a transaction for payment in PGECET examination for
Rs.504 through my State Bank Of India debit ATM card on[protected] but an error message was displayed showing "Sorry we are unable to process your transaction please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com" so i
Repeatedly do the transaction again for the same amount Rs. 504.then
i faced the same problem. But My account shows debit balance of
Rs. 1008( 504+504)

Dear Sir,
I have ordered for Frame TWISTE 1018 and Lens HOYALUX WIDE EYAS PROGRESSIVE CR-39 -1 no. each vide order no:OON/163 dated:12.12.2010 for totalling of Rs.9685.00 and payment through Standard Charted Card vide receipt no:000123 dated:[protected] for Rs.9685.00.
As per the order, delivery date for the above said product committed by company i.e. on[protected].
But when I was expecting...
