Complaint against the conductor

My name is Anisha Jain, a working lady, daily used your services for up and down to my venue. On date 14th july 2015, I board your bus route no.-418 AUP, route way from Shahdara terminal to Jagat puri. the bus number was DL1PC6890. when this bus come to the krishna nagar bus stand, the driver of the bus has not stopped the bus on stand and all the passengers including me board the driven bus. when I asked the conductor to tell driver to stop...

Dear Sir,

My Wife is travelling regular from kalkaji Depot to Preet vihar, i just want to complaint for DTC Bus no DL-1P C 7245 Route no. (OMS or Bahari Mudrika) as driver of this bus is not stopped at kalkaji Depot today[protected] at around 8.50 am & when I want to stop via my bike then he was not opened a gate but atlast he opens his gate when I begg him for open the gate & his behavior & language was not correct...

conductor not giving ticket

This is to bring to your notice that while going from uttam nagar to district centre in west delhi in bus no. DL IP C 8760 on 7th JULY, the conductor refused to give ticket and misbehaved despite making full payment and being asked several times. Ticket was given only after I threatened to complaint against him....
