My internet connection was disconnected 4days back still now nobody turned up am continuously call to customer care number they are saying will send the technicain. But failed to send i dont know the reason why they are failure to send the technicain. Am very frustrated i would plan to disconnect this connection. Ion service is worst services.

The internet disconnects frequently with no quick solution, sometimes 3 to 4 times in a day. At the time of connection we were told that solution will be given to any problem within one hour max. We are frustrated. We are a ca firm and this can cause loss to our clients and our government. Now, at present the internet is disconnected at 6.30 pm and will be resolved only in the morning.
