No refund till for cancelled Train

Address:Thane, Maharashtra

My train Got Cancelled on 24/07/10 from Goa to Mumbai & i filled Refund application on 27/07/10 (PNR no.[protected]) & sent atleast 6 reminders to IRCTC customer service & have called IRCTC office on[protected] many times but every time i have been told to call up after 7-15 days an enquire but till date nothing is been done . Although its only Rs. 700 Plus refund but this is not the way the raiways should work .Pls look in to...

Non-receipt E-tickets, Refund against unprocessed e-tickets.

Sir,
I have booked an e-ticket on 07.11.2008 vide reference No:
[protected]. The booking of ticket could not be processed
but the booking amount (cost of ticket plus charges) have
been debited to my bank account. Message was appeared that
booking could not be processed due to communication
problem, the amount will be refunded. BUT THE AMOUNT SO
DEBITED TO MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED...
