The only good thing about Ease my trip is, it does not charge the processing fees. That is the only reason i am using this poor website from past 2 years. The things were normal when every thing was fine. But i did my first cancellation and boom...no refund..Customer care..I don't know if they are trained to stay innocent. The passenger was not allowed to board the flight saying it was a Wait List ticket even though the ticket was booked a months time before. I booked 3 tickets from Jaipur to Mumbai for date 10th Feb 2013 (Booking reference: BET[protected]). I booked through Book Easy Trip website http://bookeasytrip.com/ for the amount that was displayed on my screen. My credit card got charged the same amount (Rs 2271). I BOOKED AIR TICKET THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND THE PAYMENT TRANSFERRED TO THEIR ACCOUNT FROM MY BANK. THE AMOUNT ASKED WAS THE SAME AMOUNT REMITTED FROM BANK. WITHIN FIFTEEN MINUTES THE COMPANY REFUSED TO ISSUE PNR SAYING THE FARE INCREASED. WHEN BANK AUTHORIZATION PAGE OPENED THEY SHOULD HAVE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION. Amount not refunded on ticket cancellation

Hello,
I cancelled my ticket of indigo airlines from mumbai to jaipur which was booked by easemytrip.Com.
I cancelled the tickets on 24 may 2011 but till now amount is not refunded.
As per them amount has been refunded to my account and they cannot do anything. I went to my bank as well but now amount has been credited.

They are not responding to my mail properly and keep on transferring my call from one...

Non Refund of Money Deducted from a/c

Dear Sir,
On 18.05.10, I tried to Book One ticket from Ease My Trip website and while booking i made payment through Axis Bank Net Banking. But later i didnot get my ticket as booking failed but the amount was debited from my a/c.
Sir when i inquired from bank they said that the payment has been made to Ease Trip Limited for Rs. 21440/- but when i had talk with Ease Trip they are saying they didnot receive the payment. So sir...
