Sir, I deposited the fixed deposit receipt no.FNS/CAL/502516 for Rs.9000/- matured on 21/05/98 to the then their Calcutta office on 13/04/98 for refund and also returned an unpaid interest cheque no.512055 dated 21/5/98 for Rs.1760/-for issue of a fresh interest cheque. But till this day not a single amount of rupees has been received by me. Now I am more than 70 years old and having various health problems for which I need money for treatment....

Non refund of Fixed Deposit amount

I had invested Rs 10, 000, in this Company as Fixed Deposit for a term of One Year Vide FDR No: FNS/BAN/500256 dated 31.12.1996.
A letter was sent to the official Liquidator -Mumbai High Court with a sworn affidavit on 12.01.2000.
There has been no reply, and I do not know to whom should I approach
A copy of the letter sent to the MD of the Co was returned undeliverd....

I had invested Rs 27,000 on account of 3 years' Fixed Deposit and Rs 3,750 as Debenture for 3 years for a redemption value of Rs 5000 at the end of 3 years. Complaints have been lodged and raised at various Offices inclusding RBI and SEBI but with no results. The claims are due more than 12 years. From internal sources, Mr, Parekh, the CMD of Enarai Finance, is on a hideout in Mumbai and no arrest including his attachment of property...
