Sir, I deposited the fixed deposit receipt no.FNS/CAL/502516 for Rs.9000/- matured on 21/05/98 to the then their Calcutta office on 13/04/98 for refund and also returned an unpaid interest cheque no.512055 dated 21/5/98 for Rs.1760/-for issue of a fresh interest cheque. But till this day not a single amount of rupees has been received by me. Now I am more than 70 years old and having various health problems for which I need money for treatment. Please help me by refunding my dues.
