Eshopping Bazar Complaints & Reviews

Dear sir
I ordered order number 702 on dated 5th july 2016. They given delivery date is 14th july 2016. But till now i am not received my order i phone 5s it worth rs 17359/-. I contacted the site eshopping bazaar on dated 12 th july 2016 they sent a reply it will delivered shortly 13th evening or 14 morning. But t i am not received my order.
After that i am trying to contact the site eshopping bazaar but they will not responding....

I have ordered I phone 29 June but the product is not recieved yet.i have paid 8679.60 through debit card.Now they were telling me product is dispatched since 3rd July, but I did't receive the product.kindly take action such websites, which do frauds,
Also I want to know how can I take my money back from them...
