I am Samiksha Khemka, the supposed test-taker. The exam never happened, their proctor joined the session, checked my official documents (passport), my test room and I had passed my security check already. He then tried to start the exam on my device failing which he left the session then and there without any intimation....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

This is AKSHY M KUMAR.
This is to claim the damages for the postponement of TOEFL IBT for which i am not responsible.. However i will take the toefl on next available date on AUGUST 14,2010 @ no extra cost.I am hereby claiming an amount of 15,000 Rupees for the continuous postponement of my test,as a result of which i have undergone a severe mental torture and financial loss i've suffered .
