[Resolved]  ETS TOEFL IBT — CONTINUOUS RESCHEDULING OF TOEFL

Hi,
This is AKSHY M KUMAR.

This is to claim the damages for the postponement of TOEFL IBT for which i am not responsible.. However i will take the toefl on next available date on AUGUST 14,2010 @ no extra cost.I am hereby claiming an amount of 15,000 Rupees for the continuous postponement of my test,as a result of which i have undergone a severe mental torture and financial loss i've suffered .
I booked my test on JULY 10,2010 @ EVERONN SYSTEMS ,PONDICHERRY but due to POWER SHUTDOWN my test has been rescheduled to JULY 24,2010 @ PHOENIX KNOWLEDGE SERVICE PVT LTD,CHENNAI but due to non availability of systems for four people including me they just replied in a sarcastic way to reschedule the test.Since the exam has been continuously rescheduled for no fault of mine,i have undergone a severe torture both mentally,physically and financially as my charges for commuting from my native place to two long distant places CHENNAI & PONDICHERRY and also staying charges at these two places.I have justified my case in this email clearly.
Instead of july 10,its aug 14th , nearly its getting delayed by 50 days for me including result day,as it badly delays my prospect of getting my admission for the spring 2011.
