From 5days router is rebooting no internet connectivity. I raised complaint ticket, it get cancelled without resolve....

Every time i have some urgent work, i get to know that it is not working, it works fine when it works, but when it comes to urgent work, you cannot trust excital.
I have not yet completed 6 months with excital, and it has frustrated me a lot, and to the level where it seems, i should look for any other option now.

Even the employees under local provider always try to cheat, they ask you for money and says your cable...
