But they delivered only a simple cloth like chunni.
They don't have address on there despatch order courier.
They are doing frauds online.
They send products from courier company, but courier company has no address of sender party.
They deliver products cash on delivery

Had ordered a pink lehnga against order number 68983 from febdeal on 30.9.18
For total incl gst & shipping rs 863

Against the same a substandard n extremely bad maroon saree was delivered yesterday on payment of rs 863

I have applied for refund request but still no amount is received

Please help me in getting my amount refunded soon as i dont want the bad product

I had ordered 3 products from feb deal thru order num 64687 worth rs 2050 but have received totally diffrent product i had ordered for a lehenga 1 gown and 1 saree instead i received 2cheap quality salwar kameez and one damaged saree which may not be worth more than 400 in total

The email address and the toll free number given for contact seems to be fraud - these people for cheating customers by posting gud pics and sending...

I have the ordered items worth of 2000. Kurtis. And they have sent me low cheap grade sarees. Insted of kurtis. Packed the parcel very wisely with the 3-4covers one by one to cover up items. On inside the covers they stick up with wrong lables adress. While am trying to the number of their site or mailing or watsup its getting not reachable. This is febdeal num [protected]

I have ordered a evening gown for my sister and it got delivered the wrong product and i tried to contact the company number but it's showing wrong no.. Seriously this fake type of business is company doing.. And it's very wrong that to deliver the wrong product and after that no one is bother about the product.. Strongly recommend not to buy from this fake website....

I order one gown but i receive wrong parcle that is saree with other name & address
In top of the parcle they paste my address but i open a parcle inside also have another parcle with another no and address.
As per they posted in website return and refund form they not contact me yet

Ordered kurtis for 1831 rs. Received some cheap kurtis not worth even 500 rs. It's a big scam and they are luring people. They put 4 packages inside with different delivery address some where. Only the top cover they put my address and obviously cheated us. Its a pure case of fraud. Tried calling their customer care number. They don't respond. Need a refund of the amount. Can some action be taken about this company so others needn't go through...

Feb deal is a fraud company. I ordered 2 lehengas.. N gt a used saree in return, they are literally rags.. I mean wtf is this.. How can u cheat a customer like this. I want my money back and also take your rags!!
It is the most horrifying experience as a customer.. This people are playing with consumer's emotions.. Whatever it is i would like to have my money back as for any person that money is a hard earned money which he earns after...

I had ordered new party wear Saree and I got a old dull basic sareee.
After filling the refund form... Waiting for 10 working days as said by company via msg I have not received my refund.
When checked further about this company and other customers.
Non of them have received correct ordered products nor received their refund.
Febdeal company should be banned so that more people won't be fooled n customers should...

I have ordered a legenda from febdeal which is showing it's advertentie on flipkart. But they have delivered me wrong product, and very cheap one even it doest costs 100 rs. And the support email and mobile numbers are fake. R return address was also not mentioned there in the website, return form is only there but they are not clear about the return pickup....

I ordered two kurtis online from febdeal worth rs.1185. They have sent me one old saree with blood stain and one dupatta.
When i try to click on site number that is coming as incorrect and these people are freely doing scam.
I am unable to connect to them
They felt their products always with the help of delivery people named kk brothers express.
Please try to track these fraudsters....

Firstly order received is not what i ordered... Online the clothes look fabulous... But when received, the quality of the product is very cheap... All contact information doesn't exist... The online shopping company febdeal is fake company. I order 1 pcs of. Suit, and when i got it, it was complete different, never purchased, customer care number was wrong. Total cheat company. I received only cloth, which cost. Was not more then rs 50. I suggested to all never purchased from here. I have ordered a gown but i haven't received that, i received two dupattas. I also tried to contact customer service of febdeal but the number of customer service was wrong which provided by febdeal. Gown price value was 794.92/-₹ which i paid. Now i want my money back or that gown which was i ordered. If you won't i have to take a strong action against your company....

I too ordered 2 sarees and they gave some piece of cloth instead of a saree which is just useless to be used as a table cloth.
This is clear fraudulent company for which we need some action to be taken, im waiting for my money back as i have requested a refund request.
