Placed an order on 10th February 2021, Sub order no. [protected].
Received the product on 11th February 2021.

The product that I ordered and received was a Personalized Magic Mirror, which when I checked did not work. Therefore, raised a concern to the team about the issue on the same day.

I was asked for snapshots and videos, which I did provide for almost more than 5 times now. The only response I received...

I ordered a minion cake for my friend's birthday and belive me it was the worst cake i ever had in my life. Nobdy had it. It smelled rotten and cake was hard like a rock. I felt so bad for my friend because this was the only cake for her birthday.

Felt insulted inbetween friends because birthday comes only once a year and i ruined it because of this [censored]est cake!!...

I had ordered flowers & cake for mother's day. It dint get delivered but my money got deducted. I waited for a day and then wrote an email with all the details. Nobody replied to my mails even after following up many times. Their customer care is hopeless! They keep the phone on hold and then hang up! And when i tried calling back, the number was unavailable!!
